Shipping Method:

All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS unless you request an alternative preferred carrier.

Shipping Time:

Most items will ship within 1 - 2 weeks.   If the item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you about estimated delivery time.

Returns:

It is our goal that you be 100% satisfied with our products and service.  If you need to return any item, please contact us at info@hatchliving.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods to get a return authorization number.  Please include this number on the box when shipping back to us.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
